Ride through roads and singletracks in the Catalan Pyrenees. You'll be amazed!
- You have full control of the brakes and know which gear is appropriate for each situation
- You habitually ride on 3-4m wide dirt paths
- You can operate the GPS while descending
- You ride well on terrain with certain technical difficulty both up and downhill (narrow paths, rocks, branches, roots,...)
- You use cleats regularly, but you need to look at the pedals in order to clip in; you clip out instinctively when descending
- You can ride for 5-6h/day for 2 (or more) consecutive days at a moderate/fast pace with rests
- You can manage a 800-1,200m uphill climb over the course of a day
- You do 5h/week of aerobic exercise, much of it on the bike
- You are in good physical condition
- You know your body well enough to know when to stop or let up your pace
This is a long and skill-demanding route, yet it's so amazing it will be hard to match!
